1. I can't find the Grant button.
The Grant button might become invisible if any unusual activity is detected.
This step helps us prevent abuse.
If the button is not visible under normal conditions, please be patient and wait for further assistance.
2. The Claim button is still loading.
This is due to a high volume of requests.
We'll send you a push notification once it's completed.
* Make sure you've enabled push notifications on your device.
3. Why can’t I receive a Grant?
If you’ve accumulated points, you are eligible for grants.
With 1 P or more, you can receive a ‘Daily Grant’ every day.
With 10,000 P or more, you are also eligible for the ‘Bonus Grant’.
* Please note, the opportunity for collecting points ended on March 12, 2024(UTC).
4. I can't verify my email.
Due to a high volume of requests, email verification might temporarily not work. Please try again later.
5. I can’t see my points & friend cards
If you log in with an unregistered email, a new account will be created.
Please uninstall the OverWallet app and reinstall it. Then, make sure to log in using the email you previously registered with.
